Have you heard that Castor Oil helps hair grow faster? If yes, then please continue reading this. Sige na indhai scroll down na..

Castor Oil is one of my holy grail since 2015; Back then I was suffering a major hair fall. And when I say major hair fall, e talaga namang super lagas ang hair ko. Yung tipong nagtatanong na yung katulong namin kung nag gupit ba ako kagabi kasi sobrag daming hair sa sahig.

I was so depressed during that time and worst part is that same year din ako umalis ng bansa to work to work abroad. Ayon! super nadepressed ang indhai niyo at naglagas ng naglagas ang aking hairlalo.

Then I learned about Castor Oil. At first I was skeptical kasi Castor Oil is known to have a very thick and sticky consistency and the smell (oh lala!) I couldn’t imagine using it in my hair. And since I am kind of desperate that time, I made a lot of research (this is thru internet browsing and YouTube videos) and was convinced to use it, wala namang mawawala… mangangamoy nga lang ng ewan ang buhok ko hahaha!

2nd quarter:

 What is Castor Oil.

Castor oil (ricinus communis) comes from the castor seed, native to India. It has natural antibacterial and antifungal properties and is high in Vitamin E, minerals, proteins, and Omega 6 and 9 beneficial fatty acids. And extremely high in ricinoleic acid, which is beleives to be responsible for its health-promoting abilities.

It is important to note that while castor oil is said to have health benefits, the castor seed itself can be deadly. So be careful in using this oil. Alam niyo na ok, masama ang sobra!
